You have to analyse the Internet filter debate and present a novel
solution. You then have to write a report and make an online
presentation for the senator which should not exceed ten minutes
explaining your plan the reasons why it will work.
The Problem

The government has come under pressure to ban websites coming into
Australia perceived to be harmful to the nations people. This
“cleanfeed” strategy aims to put a filter in place than will stop
harmful and/or illegal sites being viewed based on a
government-mandated blacklist. The links show at the bottom of this
document, that there has been much public debate about this issue.

As part of the government’s Cyber Safety policy the Minister was
responsible for testing, implementing and rolling out the filter. The
main strategy is outlined below:
