Read the business case given to you and answer the questions listed in the document below.
Provide your responses on a word document and show your calculations using MPS/ATP and Rough-cut capacity planning worksheet format. Show any other calculations necessary to support your analysis.
Submit a single word document with your responses and calculations.
1. Develop an MPS/ATP schedule based on the forecast and order data provided. 2. Develop a rough-cut capacity plan based on the MPS schedule and the data provided. 3. What are some of the issues you notice based on the two plans that you have developed? How
would you tackle these issues?
4. If you were to tweak your production schedule to work around some of the constraints, how would you do that? Explain and provide ample justification.
