Assignment Details
The Discussion Board (DB) is part of the core of online learning. Classroom discussion in an online environment requires the active participation of students and the instructor to create robust interaction and dialogue. Every student is expected to create an original response to the open-ended DB question as well as engage in dialogue by responding to posts created by others throughout the week. At the end of each unit, DB participation will be assessed based on both level of engagement and the quality of the contribution to the discussion.
At a minimum, each student will be expected to post an original and thoughtful response to the DB question and contribute to the weekly dialogue by responding to at least two other posts from students. The first contribution must be posted before midnight (Central Time) on Wednesday of each week. Two additional responses are required after Wednesday of each week. Students are highly encouraged to engage on the Discussion Board early and often.
The purpose of the Discussion Board is to allow students to learn through sharing ideas and experiences as they relate to course content and the DB question. Because it is not possible to engage in two-way dialogue after a conversation has ended, no posts to the DB will be accepted after the end of each unit.
Peer Review
Post an executive summary of your Comprehensive Project in the body of a post in this Discussion Board (do not use attachments). An executive summary is a 1-page document that outlines the purpose, process, findings, discussion, and findings of a report that is submitted to management. Chief executive officers (CEOs) often read and assess executive summaries before deciding to read entire reports, so this must be a high-quality narrative that demonstrates the significance of the work that is being undertaken, the objectivity of research and analysis underpinning the report, and the credibility of the resulting conclusions.
Please review the executive summaries of other students, and provide an objective assessment and constructive feedback that will help strengthen the effectiveness of their efforts and the quality of their finished reports.
In your own words, please post a response to the Discussion Board and comment on other postings. You will be graded on the quality of your postings.
For assistance with your assignment, please use your text, Web resources, and all course materials.
Grading Criteria Percentage Post explains issues, elaborates on all parts of the topic, and contributes to group understanding of topic 40% Multiple substantive responses reflecting participation are evenly spread throughout the discussion period (2 or more per week), sharing opinions, observations, and experiences, asking questions, and making suggestions 40% Comments are appropriately addressed, well written, timely, relevant, and coherent, displaying accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation 20% Reading Assignment David – Strategic Management Case Analysis section on how to prepare a strategic case analysis.

Personal essay redo

Are you free to do an 1000 essay? I had paid someone who said they have a masters degree in writing and it is horrible. I am disputing now. Please see below and let me know. I am posting now. Also i was going for the maya angelou type of writing (sister Flowers) talking about my trip to greece or whichever place you know best. Please please do not just talk about greece and places in greece this is a personal essay so you would have to write as if you were there and the places you seen and or the places were you have eaten and how the food tasted for example.

As you draft your personal essays this week, consider your thoughts about the subject you chose for this project. Whether your thoughts are positive or negative (most of you chose subjects about which you have fond emotions), your responsibility as a writer is to make your readers feel your emotions. Your reader may hate the style of art you chose. They may have been mugged in the city you are describing. You need to show them the positive side.

What you will not attempt in a descriptive essay is to argue for why readers should have the same thoughts and feelings you have for the subject. You will not use your logic and reasoning in this paper, but you will still be using rhetoric to gently influence their thoughts. Each word you choose has emotional weight, and you will create that pathos whether you intend it or not. Therefore, you must learn to assess the potential effects of your choices and determine if the likely results are what you desire.

Essay

A clear thesis statement in the introductory paragraph.
Specific details about the person, place, object, or event so that readers can visualize the subject and/or feel present in the story (i.e., your essay should be specific and appeal to the five senses).
A concluding paragraph

Proofread your work for errors in grammar, mechanics, and style.
Check that the essay is at least 1000 words.
Use the “APA Templateâ€Â handout provided to format your essay.
Include a title page with the following:
Title of paper
Student’s name
Course name and number
Instructor’s name
Date submitted
Begin the essay with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement.
Address the topic of the paper with critical thought.
End with a conclusion that reaffirms your thesis.
