Your church leased an apartment for three to five years but unfortunately the church is not moving forward with respect to members and finance and therefore cannot meet up with the monthly payment and has decided to close down the church.

QUESTION:

Write a letter to your landlord or your realtor explaining the circumstances surrounding your church and make him aware that you cannot continue to lease the apartment since there is no money to foot the bill. Give him one-month notice to look for another occupant. Make it very professional.
